Family Albums...

The childhood memories captured in the happy photos of family albums are not usually the moments that impact who we become as adults.  Using old dolls, I set up and photograph scenarios that evoke the flip side of the family album: the darker moments of childhood.  I combine my images with found photographs in vintage albums to create a family with its own surreal history.
